Student Educational Budget

The Educational Budget is a category of the school’s overall public-school budget. Each student is provided with approximately $100 per month of attendance, allocated into semesters.  The teacher, parent and student collaborate on the use of the budget. These funds may be used for curriculum, materials, community or site-based enrichment classes, tutoring, field trips and other school related events. The Educational Budget is confined by the legal requirements of a public school, for example, the school cannot purchase faith-based materials.
