Twin Ridges Home Study assigns experienced, knowledgeable, credentialed teachers to provide routine educational guidance and support for students and parents.

In addition, the school hires a wide range of experts and specialists to offer tutoring or classes at each site.

Below, acclaimed local author Carol Malnor is featured as an enrichment specialist. Carol was teaching from her National Science Teachers Association award winning book Earth Heroes: Champions of Wild Animals. The group had book discussions, did hands-on activities, played games and had fun learning about environmental heroes who have changed our world for the better. The culminating activity for the class was to build bird houses to set up on Audubon land to provide shelter for local birds. We are proud that the program allowed students to become Earth Heroes too!
